MEDIA & COVERAGE LIMITS — partially reviewable items; transcription status; for digital extractions, extraction type (logical vs. full filesystem) as stated by the extraction reports themselves. 6. COVERAGE DECLARATION — a boxed paragraph in this exact form, to be reproduced verbatim at the head of every downstream output: "Analysis is based on items M-001–M-0nn. Bates gaps: [list]. Referenced but not produced: [list]. Not reviewable: [list]. All negative findings in downstream analyses are limited to this coverage."
