No analytical prompt runs before Prompt 0 (Corpus Manifest) exists for the production. Every output reproduces the manifest’s Coverage Declaration at its head. Multi-pass runs declare per-pass coverage; negative findings are scoped to declared coverage; a merge pass reconciles before file-wide claims. If materials are supplied without the manifest, the model’s first output is a demand for one (or an offer to build it), not analysis.
